Celebrating excellence across the event industry
Events and Weddings produced from 1st Jan 2025 to 31st Dec 2025 are eligible for being an entry.
The participation fee for each entry is INR 2500. Inclusive of all taxes.
All events need to be executed in the State of Kerala.
The last date for uploading the entries including payments is 20th February, 2026.
Applications for EMAK Silent Heroes Awards 2026 must be filled through the online application link
The participant will need to register themselves / login and fill in the required details.
Once registered / logged in, they can start applying for entries by selecting the categories from the home page.
More than one entry in an award category by a single participant is permitted.
The entrant can apply in multiple categories.
Participants must ensure payment for entries as the entries will only be qualified for review upon confirmation of payment.
All mandatory fields must be completed while submitting an entry.
Supporting material like Photos and Videos will help in qualifying in all categories and increase the chances of winning.
Participants are encouraged to upload up to 5 photos to a Google Drive folder and share the folder link via the provided submission form.
Participants are encouraged to upload up to 2 videos to a Google Drive folder and share the folder link via the provided submission form. Each video must adhere to the duration limit upto 3 minutes or as specified in the entry.
Agency / Client / Vendor branding should not be present in the submitted entry/photos / videos in categories A and B.
Based on the eligibility criteria, the qualified entries will be shared with the screening jury for evaluation.
Non-compliance with the rules may impact the assessment process of the entries.
The entries can be disqualified if the information furnished is fake, belongs to another agency, is not executed in the stipulated window or if the execution is done by multiple partners, vendors or agencies.
